This is a limited variable edition of only 18 prints. They are printed with color ink à la poupée, so there is a soft transition between colors. Each individual print in this edition varies slightly from one another. Printed on light blue high quality Japanese gampi mounted to cotton rag paper.
This plate has been etched entirely using electricity. Many many hours were put into hand drawing all the tiny details. Variations in value were created by meticulously controlling the etching time for the various stages. There are so many little details to discover. My favorite part is a little spiderweb! Can you find it?
Held by a Thread, secluding myself in a tiny sanctuary, barely holding on to my connection with the world.
